Responsibilities: Responsible for the monthly close and consolidation process, including performing key internal controls related to foreign currency, intercompany #transactions, and other consolidation matters as well as ensure #Financials #statements are prepared under US GAAP Assist with statutory reporting requirements of international entities. Prepare journal entries and account reconciliations, as well as assisting with flux analysis and management reporting Perform monthly revaluations, translations, eliminations for legal entities, and maintain supporting documentation and reconciliations Maintaining the integrity of the global chart of accounts and related cross mappings to local subsidiary ERPs Ensure the proper #accounting for intercompany arrangements, partnering with treasury and tax teams to align on intercompany strategy and related accounting practices. Responsible for validating system interfaces, creation of new standardized reports, and troubleshooting consolidation general ledger issues while working with IT Support the integration of acquisitions to ensure seamless consolidated financial reporting. Assist in performing SOX compliant controls related to the consolidations and financial reporting processes Support internal and external auditors in the periodic review of the Company financial records Perform projects and provide ad-hoc information requests, as needed
