Lead implementation teams in #HR headquarters and countries for the #Compensation module (e.g., Salary review) __ Gather and analyze requirements by capturing global and local compensation policies, salary structures, and bonus schemes __ Design #solutions including compensation templates, rules, budgets, and approval workflows in EC __ Prepare and validate data by supporting data migration, ensuring accuracy, and setting up test cases __ Test and integrate by performing UAT, validating workflows, and ensuring seamless integration with payroll and performance systems __ Train and support users by delivering training sessions, supporting change management, and providing hypercare after go-live __ Secure the successful roll-out of the system in more than 20 countries __ Consult with the HR business side on solution design and best practices
