Lead all aspects of investment transactions, from sourcing to underwriting, negotiating key transaction documentation, due diligence and execution __ Manage a deal team typically consisting of an #associate and #analyst for each transaction and all external advisors and operating partners. __ Closely collaborate with internal GS asset management teams during and post-acquisition __ Work closely with GS control side teams including legal, compliance, #tax and finance __ Present to external and internal stakeholders (Investment Committee, fund LP presentations, etc.) __ Build and develop new and existing operating partner and broker relationships
