WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON Key Responsibilities: Utilize Manhattan Active WMS capabilities and extensibility to deliver solutions for business needs. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document WMS requirements. Translate business processes into Active WMS functional design and configure system parameters to support operational needs. Perform technical #analysis, configuration, testing, and deployment within Active WMS. Configure and support integrations between WMS and WCS, ERP, TMS, YMS, Slotting, and other supply chain systems (using APIs, middleware, or direct interfaces). Work with Manhattan associates and Nike #engineering to lead the design and development of new capabilities. Serve as an escalation point and a subject matter expert to resolve business critical issues when needed. Design and configure WMS-related technical solutions based on functional and non-functional requirements. Defines test scenarios based on business processes and may participate in integration testing when needed. Conducts usability User Acceptance Tests (UAT) with business teams. #Support production distribution centers (DC) in incident management, problem management, minor enhancements, change management, and documentation.
