Lead, coach, and #develop a team of Renewal Reps focused on maximizing customer retention and minimizing #churn.Own the design and execution of the end-to-end renewal strategy, tailored to both low-touch and high-touch customer journeys.Work cross-functionally with Product, Customer Success, Sales, and #RevOps to align on renewal levers and customer lifecycle touchpoints.Use product usage data and customer health signals to drive proactive and automated renewal workflows.Implement and refine playbooks for renewals based on ARR bands, product tier, and customer behavior patterns.Forecast renewal revenue and track key #KPIs including gross/net revenue retention, churn, and expansion at renewal.Partner with Finance and Legal to streamline contract terms and improve quoting, billing, and collections processes.Identify at-risk customers and develop mitigation plans in #collaboration with Success and Support teams.Continuously improve renewal operations through #automation, #CRM #optimization, and process innovation.
