As we scale, #Behavox is looking for a hands-on Head of #Human #Resources to continue to build and lead our People team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about building a business-oriented and high-performing People team and thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. As the Head of #HR, you will report to the Chief Operating Officer and play a critical role in shaping our company culture, talent strategy, and HR #operations. You will be responsible for recruiting, engaging and retaining top talent; fostering employee performance and development; designing, implementing, and optimizing HR systems, #data #management and processes; and ensuring #compliance with multi-national labor laws. You will work closely with the Leadership Team on People initiatives that align with our business goals and build a scalable HR infrastructure to support continued growth and expansion. __ What You'll Bring: A deep and genuine interest in #Behavox as demonstrated by a connection to its mission, marketplace and/or technologies. 10+ years of HR leadership experience in technology product-based startups. Proven success in building and scaling HR infrastructure for growing teams (ideally 300 to 500+ employees). Experience with global teams and remote/hybrid work cultures. Strong expertise in HR technologies, regulatory compliance, and process design. __ What You'll Do: Align talent strategies with business objectives to drive organizational success. Independently lead large-scale initiatives and build processes, systems, and programs from the ground up with minimal disruption. Develop and implement best-in-class strategies for talent attraction and retention. Select, implement, and leverage cutting-edge HR technologies to enhance productivity across the HR function and broader organization. Finally we will ask you to meet with a number of our senior leaders to make sure that you are making the most informed call possible.
