The #Office & HR #Administrator is responsible for maintaining an efficient and well-organised office environment and providing reliable #administrative #support to the Human Resources team. The role combines office coordination, vendor and event management, and HR system administration to ensure smooth daily operations across the Sydney site. This role is part-time – 5 days a week, on-site (30 hours per week). __ Oversee daily office #operations to maintain a #professional and efficient workplace. __ Act as the first point of contact for visitors, calls, and correspondence. __ Manage expense submissions for the Australia-based #Executive team. __ Prepare and format reports, documents, and presentations. __ Coordinate domestic and international shipments and #vendor interactions. __ Work with the Executive #Administrative Assistant on key events such as the AGM, Executive Offsites, and leadership meetings. __ Plan and deliver local employee engagement events and activities. __ Support ad-hoc #projects and cross-functional administrative tasks. __ Update and #maintain HR intranet content. __ Provide administrative support for the Learning Management System (LMS). __ Assist with global HR projects and communications to ensure consistent implementation across regions.
