Overseeing #Operation #Mortar and 3D Printing Solution. #Manage the team and supervise the production of Mortar and 3D Printing Solution. Support and promote 3D Printing in collaboration with MKT and R&I. Develop and manage teams to achieve maximum efficiency. Implement a standard system for #management. Control costs to be in line with the plan. __ Coordinate between various related departments to produce quality #products. __ Oversee the production and distribution process and coordinate #maintenance and quality control work. __ Coordinate with external departments such as the accounting team, marketing team, product research and development team, and supply chain team. __ Plan expenses and control costs, plan work in the Annual Plan CAPEX, VC, FOH and set strategies in MTP. __ Oversee various projects to improve production efficiency and increase #product quality. __ Get requirements with customers to communicate limitations in the production of parts. __ Create models of parts and evaluate the strength of 3D Printing parts (Structural and Reinforcement Design). __ Extract work quantities to estimate the price of the #project (BOQ). __ Prepare files for production (G-code files for the production of 3D printing). __ Design methods for lifting and transporting parts safely (Design of Lifting operation). __ Design methods for installing parts safely (Design of 3D printing installations). __ Control production and delivery of parts to customers. __ #Support and promote the #sale of 3D Printing work together with MKT and R&I.
