Functional partner to HQ #HR OEF, IT spend and #Marketing __ Analyze financial data within the PSS business unit and ensure accuracy of regional and functional SG&A forecasting in addition to identifying cost-saving opportunities __ Support the preparation of the Annual #Operating Plan __ Collaborate with stakeholders (supply chain, CTO, CMO, HRO and regional CFOs) to develop and implement strategies to optimize fixed costs within the PSS business unit ___ Monitor, track and advice CFO on Fixed Costs financial performance of the PSS business unit against targets __ Provide financial analysis and recommendations to senior management within PSS __ Develop detailed financial models and provide business leaders with a “What If” analysis and recommendations __ Work independently and collaborate effectively
