This individual will be responsible for scaling and leading a high-performing SDR team while driving the broader Sales Development strategy across the business. Optimize the Business Development strategy for the SDR team, ensuring alignment with overall company objectives. Heavy involvement in recruiting the best talent for your team and ongoing training to build and sustain a high-performance. Lead and develop a high-performing SDR team, fostering a culture of #results, #excellence, #inclusivity, and career progression. Build and execute strategies that drive both inbound and outbound activity, collaborating closely with Marketing, Customer Success, and wider Sales teams. __ Set and manage key performance metrics, including daily activity tracking, pipeline management, and accurate forecasting. Optimize and maintain SDR playbooks, incorporating best practices for account-based and personalised prospecting. Collaborate with Sales Enablement to ensure SDRs have the tools, content, and training they need to succeed. Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to enhance lead quality, pipeline creation, and SDR performance. Engage with Sales Leaders to maintain strong relationships and ensure seamless collaboration across teams. Lead by example by staying actively involved in the team’s day-to-day operations.
