Provide 2nd/3rd line support for both open-source and bespoke software stacks across #Linux, #Windows and #Android. __ Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve software issues, coordinating with development teams as needed. __ Support software upgrades, including patch testing and deployment for in-house and customer systems. __ Proactively monitor application health and performance to maintain system stability. __ Collaborate with support teams to ensure effective issue resolution and knowledge sharing. __ Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and maintain technical documentation/knowledge-base articles, where necessary.
