Responsible for answering inquiries relating to the company’s products and services, assisting #customers with #sales, informing clients of products and/or services or add-ons that may or may not have been considered previously, has the ability to work under pressure, able to multi-task. __ Qualifications: Excellent written and spoken English communication skills 3+ years of experience with sales chat-based customer support or related role Comfortable with Chat-based Service tools (#Zendesk, #FreshResponsibilities: Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions and suggesting information about other products and services Recommends potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs Prepares product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information Understand Wing’s different offerings and the value that we provide for each industry through each vertical to answer questions and offer additional value to the customer Report unusual activity to management Asked open-ended questions to assess customer needs Compiling a daily list of sales leads, delegating leads to the sales department, and providing sales data and guides to the sales department. Recording sales trends and liaising with account managers to develop sales strategies.
