Safely, #efficiently, and accurately performs the duties and #responsibilities of a #Hand Packer. • Follows the #standard operating procedures. • Fully engages in all safety, quality, and other company programs. • Understands and can perform lockout tagout (LOTO) and other processes to assure safety for self and others on qualified machines. • Conducts self and encourages #coworkers to conduct themselves in a manner consistent with Company mission, values, and code of #ethics policies and other standards of conduct. • Performs basic quality control checks, including #accurate packaging, package counts, dates, and weights, and evaluates product or package appearance. • Complies with all Good #Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), Danone’s production standards that ensure products are made under #industry-standard conditions. • Prepares and packages products manually. • Folds and tapes box, applies labels, and stacks boxes on proficiently, effectively on pallets. • #Maintains an organized and clean work area and sorts materials as directed by leadership and operators.
