What you’ll do Lead 1-3 #strategic technical programs across multiple #engineering teams and product stages simultaneously Partner with key stakeholders to align on goals, timelines, and delivery milestones Own end-to-end program planning and execution, from initial scoping through delivery and retrospectives Drive asynchronous communication using GitLab issues, epics, and handbook documentation to coordinate work across global time zones Identify and resolve blockers that prevent teams from making progress, escalating when necessary Facilitate working group meetings and async discussions to drive decision-making and maintain momentum Track program health using metrics, dashboards, and status updates to provide visibility to stakeholders Contribute to building TPM best practices by documenting processes in the handbook and improving how R&D programs run Embody #GitLab's CREDIT values (Collaboration, Results, Efficiency, Diversity/Inclusion, Iteration, Transparency) in all your work
