Quality Manager with a good background in Six Sigma methodologies and Black Belt certification to lead quality initiatives across our operations. The ideal candidate will have 15+ years of experience in quality management, process improvement, and cross-functional leadership, preferably in the telecom and technology sectors. __ Your responsibilities Lead and manage quality assurance programs and initiatives across operational teams. Drive Six Sigma projects to improve process #efficiency, #reduce defects, and #enhance customer satisfaction. Develop and implement quality control systems and procedures. __ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify root causes and implement corrective/preventive actions. Monitor and report on key quality metrics and KPIs. Conduct internal audits and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements. Mentor and train teams on Six Sigma tools and quality best practices. Support a culture of continuous improvement throughout the organization
