In this role, you will be responsible for managing transportation providers, resolving logistical issues, and ensuring #compliance with safety standards across our #transportation network. You will work closely with #Customer #Service, business units, and cross-functional teams to ensure operational excellence, cost control, and customer satisfaction. This is a great opportunity for someone with in-depth #logistics knowledge, a proactive mindset, and a passion for continuous improvement in a fast-paced, international environment. __ Your contribution to us: Daily management of transport service providers and promotion of their service performance; sustainable problem solving of main cost drivers Managing daily processes, solving ad-hoc problems and handling customer complaints in the logistics area Ensuring agreed safety standards at transport service providers, including regular audits; as Safety Champion, responsible for investigating incidents and implementing corrective actions Reporting and cost control in the area of ​​customer delivery, including invoice verification and monthly expenditure control Close cooperation with customer service and business units as well as management/participation in joint customer projects Identification and implementation of savings potential or support in their realization Collaboration with cross-functional teams: planning, warehousing, purchasing and European teams __ Your profile: Completed vocational training as an industrial clerk (m/f/d), forwarding agent (m/f/d), logistics clerk (m/f/d) or similar or Bachelor's degree in logistics or supply chain At least 3 years of professional experience in logistics Fluent German and English skills are mandatory Confident use of Microsoft Office SAP knowledge is an advantage
