An experienced #Senior #Enterprise #Client #Success #Manager, based in our Shenzhen or Shanghai office, to join our Global Enterprise Team. __ Job description Build and maintain strategic #partnerships with global #marketplaces from China. Design and execute strategic account plans to secure a competitive edge for the company. Identify and evaluate potential opportunities by analyzing #market trends, deal requirements, and #financials; recommend alternatives and resolve internal priorities. Develop negotiation strategies by assessing #risks, estimating partners’ needs, and aligning goals. Collaborate with global enterprise, #product, and solution teams to create value for partners from a #China market perspective. Manage and strengthen relationships with the China-based leadership teams of global marketplaces. __ Requirements Native Chinese speaker with strong proficiency in English. Minimum 8 years’ proven experience in business development. Strong sales and negotiation skills. Background in e-commerce, trading, logistics, or advertising. Direct experience with global e-commerce marketplaces is a strong plus. Ability to analyze and understand user behavior and needs. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Solid technical and product knowledge. Strong team player with a collaborative mindset. Outstanding academic background in business or related fields. Proficiency in MS Office, especially PowerPoint & Excel. Strong analytical, organizational, and strategic thinking skills. Quick learner with adaptability to new challenges. Proven ability to engage with senior stakeholders and manage cross-functional teams across cultures. __ The following would be considered an advantage Familiarity with the payments industry. Deep understanding of the e-commerce and marketplace ecosystem. Experience with #data #analytics and BI tools. Experience working in international companies.
