You are responsible for supporting the overall #operation by organizing and cleaning #kitchen items such as pots, pans, cutlery, dishes, glasses, and kitchen equipment. __ Dishwashers maintain cleanliness and order in the kitchen, as well as keeping dishes in the correct #storage area. __ A successful Dishwasher will proactively complete tasks such as disposing of trash as needed during their shift, operating #industrial cleaning equipment like the dishwasher, and occasionally assisting the #Chef on Duty. __ Rinse, clean, #organize, #stock, and maintain the appropriate quantity of pots, pans, cutlery, dishes, and glasses to support daily operations and #business volumes. __ Adhere to the #health and safety policy, as well as implement, monitor, and enforce compliance with all company #policies, procedures, and standards, and with local, state, and #federal #laws, as applicable. __ Follow checklists and standard operating procedures. __ Maintain a safe, clean, organized, and well-stocked workspace. __ Participate in all mandatory training sessions and meetings as needed. __ Operate industrial cleaning #machines __ Take out the trash, clean the area, organize dirty and clean dishes, glasses, and cutlery. __ Limit breakage, practice proper handling, and manage #inventory for daily operations to avoid losses. __ Be flexible regarding any duties or tasks that are asked of you. __ Be available to help and collaborate with other stations, if requested or necessary.
