Coordinate local #IS/IT strategy according to central rules. Manage system and application settings to meet local requirements. Maintain service catalog and #SLAs, monitor system quality and participate in acceptance tests. Determine the necessary hardware and software to support the business strategy. Resolve #incidents: qualification, root cause analysis, escalation to higher support if necessary. Ensure #compliance with company policies, security standards and create operational procedures. Collaborate with external consultants and suppliers. Monitor #risks, propose solutions, and escalate issues. Implement and perform control procedures, monitor their effectiveness. Manage software and hardware assets in accordance with security requirements. We are looking for a colleague who has: Knowledge of IS/IT processes, application management and security fundamentals. Ability to solve problems and communicate with diverse teams. Orientation in service management (SLA, service catalogs) and basic knowledge of risk management.
