Manage and direct the #ERP department in accordance with the company's policies. Manage ERP system development projects as per the policies of senior management. Manage the collaboration with BU to ensure that each BU uses ERP with maximum success. Manage ERP system access for maximum #efficiency Support the use and troubleshoot business processes using ERP software in all BUs. Analyze and evaluate problems in the organization's ERP implementation to find the most effective integration approach. Assign and schedule the work of personnel in the department to perform their duties according to the goals and achieve the objectives. Plan annual #budget Define the roles and responsibilities of the team towards the organization. Manage and organize backups in the ERP department. Manage other projects as assigned.
