Ensuring #spa areas are clean and tidy, towels are replenished, and supporting the Spa #therapists with the preparation and cleaning of the treatment rooms. __ Daily duties would include overseeing #maintenance of the equipment wiping down equipment, mopping the floor, and replacing towels, water, and other items. __ A successful Spa Attendant proactively inspects cleanliness of spa areas and need for replenishment throughout the day; maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness. __ Clean and maintain the spa to include but not limited to: cleaning showers, steam rooms, treatment rooms and common areas, vacuuming and mopping floors, removing trash, removing soiled linens and restocking of guest amenities and linen. __ Attention to detail is key in all areas of the spa including public areas showers, toilets and wet spa #facilities. __ Adhere to #health and safety policy (I.e. IIPP, worker’s comp procedures, and allergy procedures) and ensure is always followed as well as implement, monitor and enforce compliance with all Company #policies, procedures, and standards and local, state, and federal #law as applicable. __ Collaborate with Housekeeping team for clean linens and proper cleaning supplies __ Ensure that all spa facilities are sanitized and meet hygiene standards. __ #Assist therapists by organizing #materials and ensuring smooth transitions between treatments. __ Provide guests with information about spa services, amenities, and guidelines. __ Handle used linens and ensure they are properly collected for laundry. __ Monitor #inventory and report low stock or maintenance issues. __ Uphold safety, hygiene, and confidentiality standards.
