Perform quality assurance activities across the filter manufacturing process, including incoming material inspection, in-process checks, and final product release. Conduct and support FMEA sessions to proactively identify and mitigate potential failure modes in #products and processes. __ Lead nonconformity and #customer complaint investigations, including root cause analysis (RCA) and development of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). Utilize system for non-conformance #tracking, and CAPA management. __ Apply SPC techniques to monitor, analyse, and improve #manufacturing processes, ensuring consistent product quality and early detection of deviations. Utilize SPACE system for SPC/ quality #data analysis. Manage and maintain quality records and documentation in SAP, including inspection lots, quality notifications, and #audit trails. __ Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Production, Manufacturing Engineering, Material Management/#Warehouse, Customer Quality Team) to resolve quality issues and improve #product reliability. Monitor and report on key quality metrics.
