Ensuring the manufacturing objectives align with #sales and shipment goals, for both short-term and long-term agreements with customers, to assure capacity, labor and technology are in place to support all requirements. __ Promoting and deploying #Danaher Business Systems (DBS) to achieve break-through performance in Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost. Actively manage a DBS kaizen funnel to provide visibility of events, focus on gap closure, and sustainment. __ Ensuring inventory and shipping/receiving functions at manufacturing plants are operating at levels that meet customers' needs and established financial benchmarks as well as formulating and recommending manufacturing policies and programs which guide the organization in maintaining and improving its competitive position and the profitability of the #operation.
