You ensure that assigned rooms are fully stocked, cleaned, and serviced to a high standard. __ You should also be able to resolve guest complaints and queries promptly and in a polite manner. __ To be a successful Room Attendant, you must be honest, #organized, dependable and have detailed knowledge of, and comply with, all housekeeping #policies, procedures, and be passionate about creating and tidy spaces with a great can-do attitude! __ To ensure cleanliness of guest, deep cleaning rooms on the daily basis, ensure all linen is changed on the daily basis. __ Removing of all linen and trash from the room Cleaning of bathrooms and disinfecting. __ Replacing all used amenities after every guest Departure. __ Prepare bed and with linen, ensure linen is free of stain and or rips. __ Reporting of any defects in a guest room and or through out the #hotel. __ Vacuum every room Sweep and mop daily. __ Understanding and knowledge of property amenities. __ Assisting guests as needed. __ Performs other duties as assigned by #supervisor/#manager. __ Inspect rooms for damages, #maintenance issues, or missing items and report them to housekeeping leadership. __ Replenish housekeeping carts and maintain cleanliness of #storage areas. __ Follow strict hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards set by the property. __ Provide warm and #professional #service when interacting with guests. __ Ensure lost-and-found items are handled according to company procedures. __ Work collaboratively with the housekeeping #team and other departments to ensure smooth #operations.
