Responsibilities About the Team: We are looking for a #lawyer to support our rapidly growing #e-commerce business teams. Our #legal #team provides support to all aspects of TikTok Shop. We are looking for talented and humble globally-minded attorneys who are technically savvy, are comfortable with ambiguity, and are strong team players. Responsibilities: You will join a team that is dedicated to delivering excellent stakeholder service to achieve pragmatic solutions for the business. In doing so, you will: Work with legal and product teams globally to review products, features, and new initiatives to provide legal risk mitigation strategies to ensure legal compliance for TikTok Shop from a US legal perspective. Coordinate with product, product operations, public policy, communications, and other cross-functional colleagues. Contribute to the continuous improvement of TikTok Shop initiatives through legal review and providing guidance on relevant legal frameworks. Review and analyze potential legal risks associated with new product developments and business strategies. Assist in the development of internal policies and procedures to ensure legal compliance. Provide legal support on a variety of e-commerce related matters.
