You'll collaborates with the #kitchen and #bar #team to support Front of House (FOH) operations. __ Partnering with the Porter and Dishwasher team a Glass #Polisher is meticulous and has a keen eye for detail to ensure crystal clear appearance of all glassware. __ A successful Glass Polisher plays a crucial role in maintaining a sanitary and clean experience for members and guests that enforces increased #customer satisfaction, reduce the number of spotty glasses, and add an attractive, polished appeal to the glassware selection. __ Responsible for partnering with Porters and dishwashers following glassware being washed and sanitized to inspect imperfections, dry water spots, stocking and support Front of House (FOH) team with glassware for #service __ Adhere to #health and safety guidelines by following Mandolin Aegean Bistro Company #policies, procedures, and standards and local, state, and #federal #law as applicable Dispose of any broken/chipped/defective glassware to maintain the safety of our guests __ Clean and polish stemware, flatware and all #bar glassware __ Partner with barbacks and housekeeping team to restock glassware for all bars and minibars (when applicable) __ Communicate effectively with all team members to ensure members and guests experience and service is upheld to the highest standards __ Support #bartenders in wiping down bottles, cleaning and maintaining bar __ Performs other duties as assigned by #supervisor/#manager __ Buffing, sanding, or polishing surfaces of metal, wood, glass, or other #materials. __ Inspecting finished #products for defects or imperfections. __ Operating polishing #machines or hand #tools safely and efficiently. __ Maintaining equipment and cleaning the work area. __ Following #quality standards and safety procedures.
