Project based: Producing high #quality #project #design deliverables from concept phase to construction packages __ Works closely with the project #team following efficient design #management processes and implementation initiatives __ Ensures project milestones and deadlines are met with the overview of Senior/ Lead #Designer where appropriate __ Creates project schedules, #design drawings and facilitates the protoype process by liaising between the design team and #suppliers __ Responsible for the project timetable and #interior design budget and works closely with Procurement Agent to ensure smooth delivery of his/her projects __ Ensures that the #integrity of the agreed design solutions are maintained by taking responsibility for the #development of the design and the project __ Undertakes an ongoing #review of subsequent stages with the input from the Lead Designer & Design Director for key project stages __ Assigns project hours to Harvest on a daily level __ Team Management: Monitors #resources on his/her projects __ Helps maintaining a general staff well being and a happy and positive work environment __ Standards/ Project Running: Ensuring projects follow office standards, and helps keeping standards up to date with project info, project admin, maintaining design #programme
