Responsible for managing national in-store activity. Overall store display such as display rack and POSM, manpower management (#promoter, #trainer, #merchandiser) In-store display includes #store renovation, POSM and monitoring SKU flooring. Promoter management such including sellout productivity, capability/performance and motivation. Capability development thru training part includes Offline/online training, performance management, material development, BP search. Trainers and merchandisers capability also need to be managed. __ What you must have At least bachelor’s degree in any major. Experienced as Team Head/ Manager Min.3 years. Experienced in Field Force Management & Merchandising. __ Nice if you have Experienced in Electronics Industry. Advance in Data Analysis Tools (Excel, Power BI, etc).
