Lead and manage the #O2C team, providing guidance, performance #management, and development opportunities. Oversee the day to day function of the full O2C process including order management, billing, collections, cash application, and #escalation resolution to include processing where required to ensure this is done. #Deputize for the regional assistant managers Ensure timely and accurate reconciliation of accounts receivable and related accounting entries. #Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support system integrations and process improvements. Monitor #KPIs and SLAs to drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency. Support audit and compliance activities related to revenue and receivables. Identify and #implement automation opportunities to streamline workflows along side Managers within the team and main stakeholders Maintain strong internal controls and ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.  Maintains a proactive approach to problem-solving and risk avoidance
