Responsible for routine walk-throughs and ensuring the overall tidiness, #cleanliness and maintenance of the Club, Rooms, Cowshed (Spa) and F&B Spaces (when applicable) __ Maintain a clean and tidy property as well as stock and supply designated facility areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning etc.) __ Assist housekeeping team with rooms, focusing on deep cleaning procedures __ Adhere to local and government compliance with health and safety regulations to ensure a clean and safe work environment for members, guests and staff by placing proper signage as needed __ Perform and document daily inspection and maintenance activities __ Carry out heavy cleaning tasks and special #projects that may include minor repairs and organizing the stock room when shipments arrive __ Proactive in notifying management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs __ Proper disposal of refuse as well as maintain storage areas and restock areas and back landing as needed __ Collaborative team member, also reliable to work autonomously and proactively as needed __ Adhere to health and safety policy (I.e. IIPP, worker’s comp #procedures, and allergy procedures) is always followed as well as implement, monitor and enforce compliance with all Company policies, procedures, and #standards and local, state, and federal law as applicable __ Performs other #duties as assigned by supervisor/manager
