What You’ll Do: #Support and maintain production SaaS applications in Azure, ensuring high availability and performance. Assist in monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolving cloud infrastructure and application issues. Participate in on-call rotations for weekends and emergencies, responding to incidents as needed. Help implement and improve disaster recovery, failover, and incident #management processes. #Develop and maintain automation scripts and monitoring tools to streamline operational tasks. Collaborate with senior engineers and cross-functional teams to implement best practices for reliability, observability, and performance. Assist in post-incident reviews, identifying issues and contributing to preventive actions. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to optimize infrastructure and reduce manual toil.
