The HSE Engineer is responsible for overseeing and monitoring the health and safety of employees within the company. They coordinate all construction sites and the personnel responsible, ensuring that the company complies with legal requirements and those derived from technical safety procedures. Printing and checking #documents — psu junior officer to make sure that the branches have uploaded complete set of supporting documents and all the documents are in line with the purpose and amount of payments as per the tt form in line with sop and dab circulars. __ Stopping double/duplicate #payments — ensuring that the single ftf is not double printed/processed at his/her end, which is very critical and should be taken care of by ipsu junior officer. __ Preparing #checklist — psu junior officer to make sure that the checklist is filled properly before signing. __ Checking for #sanctions and black listed #countries — psu junior officer is responsible for checking the payment parties against the sanctioned and black listed countries list/s. __ Missing #documents — psu junior officer responsible to handle customer-missing documents (accd, bl, cmr or property documents) uploaded in file up with previous related payments. __ Recording — psu junior officer is responsible to record all #payments in psu interface considering partial payments, follow up (missing documents), rejections and other register sheets as per instruction of psu #supervisor. __ Submission — psu junior officer is responsible to record all checked and confirmed payments and prepare the submission sheet to be submitted to representative person of ps department for further process. __ Reporting — prepare and report all assigned daily activities on daily bases or based on need to psu supervisor. __ Filing — at the end of every day ipsu junior officer is responsible to collect all daily files, forms, memos and other relevant documents and keep them filed properly sorted and in order. __ Others — performing other official tasks may be required and instructed by supervisor.
