Provides expertise and support in monitoring project progress and executing processes initiated by the Project Manager. This role is responsible for coordinating activities, resources, and stakeholders involved in the project, in collaboration with the Project Manager, ensuring strict compliance with quality, budget, and workplace #safety requirements. Executes and monitor project processes to ensure strategic objectives are met, strictly adhering to budget, timelines, and #quality standards. __ Collaborates with the Project Manager to understand project requirements, objectives, necessary materials, and to report on process progress. __ Monitors the achievement of objectives, #design processes, review procedures, site inspections, work progress, and the preparation of legal documentation for project closure, maintaining correspondence and documenting all gathered information in writing. __ Prepares periodic standardized reports on project progress, conducting site visits according to an approved frequency and schedule. __ Drafts official correspondence to developers, property owners, and other #stakeholders. __ Supports the preparation of various technical and legal files for project processes. __ Assists in the preparation of invoices/penalties for stakeholders. __ Supports the preparation of documentation for final inspections, occupancy permits, and property registration. __ Coordinates with other companies and departments involved in the process for #technical follow-up of #projects (this task may, when required, be carried out using external experts, depending on the need or specific expertise required). __ Ensures the quality of works meets the required standards (compliance with approved technical conditions and specifications) by periodically supervising and inspecting progress according to company standards and technical implementation requirements, including conducting regular audits. __ Identifies on-site issues and propose changes to the Project Manager. __ Supports the preparation of work schedules and monitor their implementation within the defined deadlines. __ Oversees the project from handover to the delivery of property ownership certificates and the signing of sales contracts. __ Manages communications with developers to provide updates on work progress and contractual notices until #construction completion. __ Prepares and manage the project budget, when necessary. __ Monitors project implementation according to the Business Plan and update it as needed. __ Tracks and documents client-related issues for any process delays until resolution. __ Ensures documentation of all project phases and prepare short-term plans based on project progress. __ Liaise with stakeholders to maximize the value of assets generated from projects. __ Continuously evaluates opportunities for process improvement, increased innovation, and cost optimization to enhance project quality and client satisfaction. __ Performs other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
