Job Description Primary Duties & Responsibilities: Collaborates with IRN co-directors and #research personnel to identify #data needs, conducts exploratory data analysis and appropriate statistical models, develops dashboards and reports. Reviews, manages, and analyzes data from various sources (primary and #secondary data, interviews, focus groups, websites, publications, etc.), identifies trends, patterns, and actionable insights. Ensures data accuracy, integrity, and security by implementing best practices, automated data quality testing, and data governance policies. Works closely with the Director, Data Management and Analytics, selects, configures and implements analytics solutions for the organization. Identifies opportunities for process improvements and automation to enhance data analytics capabilities. Shares industry trends, technologies, and best practices in data analytics. Supports the Office of Research Affairs and IRNs by contributing to funding proposals, reports, presentations, manuscripts etc. Performs other duties as assigned.
