The #Pricing #Manager role is part of the #Digital #Expert #Sales team and is responsible for the successful execution and closing of national and international opportunities. This position involves creating pricing methodologies to drive desired behavior and aligning technology with #market drivers. The Pricing Manager will advise #project functions such as Deal Managers and Bid Managers to qualify opportunities and implement successful pricing strategies. This role requires 8+ years of experience in large international #sales projects. __ Responsibilities Develop and define the winning price (Price to Win), price book, and prices of each price unit and element Consult Deal Teams regarding optimized commercial design of solutions Define guidelines for costs and cost structures according to client requirements Facilitate the Price to Win process and integrate with different stakeholders to provide guidance on Pricing Strategy Define cost and price models regarding type and structure Check calculated prices against customer budgets and market benchmarks Provide commercial and qualitative adjustment of unit prices Provide revenue line for business cases and cross-check calculations Optimize price models by analyzing different options and scenarios regarding commercial impact Check alignment of pricing elements, costs, and service descriptions Calculate and provide prices in proposals or contracts according to customer requirements Design creative new pricing approaches and models Negotiate price-relevant parts of contracts Provide pricing proposals and contract annexes Proactively communicate identified chances or risks Support Account and Service Management in post-signature responsibilities Analyze agreed pricing models and compile price books Support implementation of Commercial Management functions __ Your Profile We are looking for a qualified Pricing Manager with extensive experience in commercial pricing strategies for IT outsourcing projects, strong analytical skills, and the ability to develop winning pricing models. __ Must Have Skills University degree in a commercial or technical field 8+ years of experience in large international sales projects Good experience in project management Excellent knowledge of commercial topics, especially pricing models Knowledge of processes and tools to provide professional IT services (Application Development, Application Management, Digital Transformation) Experience in design and analysis of cost structures of large IT landscapes Profound knowledge of business plans and strategies Knowledge of commercial implications of international cross-border contracts Experience in conducting presentations and moderating team sessions Technical knowledge of information technology and related service offerings Self-assured appearance Analytical thinking skills Capacity for teamwork Commitment and assertiveness Ability to work independently Proactive approach to gathering information and improving knowledge
