To #supervise, monitor and control Building & Civil Maintenance within the Directorate’s demarcation within all areas of Dukhan Concession Area. __ To prepare tender documents for maintenance contract and #service orders, remedial and minor modification works. __ To maintain and update records and history data sheets for #Building & Civil Maintenance Works together with information on implementation of repairing, codes, procedures and specification for routine and non-routine maintenance. __ To analyse and control inspection findings and to assist preparation of budgetary estimate.
