The key elements of this role involve: • Quality partner of the plant manager assuring the quality standards of SI EA within your location. • Leading a wide Quality functions required for the business including local Customer Care. • You will be #supported by BU QM&GCC Quality Subfunction Manager. • Assuring all vital certifications ISO 9001|ISO 14001|ISO 45001. • Drive critical metric improvement - alignment with HQ Sub functions and vital local critical metrics need to be implemented and triggered. • You are part of the global QM&GCC community and present monthly the critical metric progress. • Ensure global standard processes implemented in your location. • Aligning and implementing the yearly #strategy and budget with your Sub function Manager. • You have the authority to stop unsafe work, production and processes if the corresponding quality is not fulfilled. • Driving the organization to prevention - root cause #analyses and balanced preventive measures of NCCs projects etc. • Empower a diverse and professional team and develop their proficiencies to the next level.
