Help us bring new sweets to the market that will have people lining up. We are looking for a team member who can take an idea from the first #test to #production on the line - with a taste for experimentation, a heart for quality, and a head for processes. WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON? Lead and control the #development of a new product or innovation (from brief to market launch). After thorough training,independently manage assigned #projects. Optimize and improve production processes in collaboration with production,quality and maintenance. Communicate with local and foreign markets Implement new products on lines– from pilot tests to series. Present results continuously and finally to management and colleagues. Participate in the creation of packaging declarations and compliance with#legislation.
