Take full responsibilities of the financial matters with the Commercial group and support the #Commercial Group pro-actively to achieve the business and strategical targets. __ Analyze business performance, highlight business issues to #management, and proactively identify opportunities and make proposals for operational/financial improvements to support business group to achieve annual targets. __ Partner with MD China GM and MD China leaders for related analysis& assesses risks & opportunities on sales, Margin, and P&L; provides thorough sensitivity analyses and contingency plans to secure & improve profitability. __ Conduct as contact window for #Danaher #China corporate finance and Danaher China Life Sciences platform finance and MD global Finance; coordinate communication/tasks/projects between global and local team. __ Prepare, monitor and analyze the #forecasts and yearly budgets. __ Work with the local business leaders and global MD team to develop and submit credible & accurate #forecasts for revenues, costs, operating expenses and balance sheet. Control and drive #Opex saving opportunities and working capital improvement. __ Review balance sheet reconciliation #schedules monthly to ensure any reconciling items are investigated and resolved promptly.
