Job Description Primary Duties & Responsibilities: Coordinate and deliver programs and services that support student learning and engagement around religious, ethical, and spiritual life. Promote #religious literacy and interfaith understanding through events, workshops, and student leadership opportunities such as the Interfaith Fellows and the Interfaith Leadership Council. Advise student organizations including the Interfaith Alliance and #assist with the Isserman Lectures and Prizes. Work with grants such as Interfaith America grant #programs among others to support this work. Serve as liaison to Religious, Spiritual & Ethical Life Affiliates, facilitating communication between affiliates and university departments. Manage affiliate agreements and coordinate affiliate involvement in key university programs such as orientation, holiday observances, and religious accommodations. Provide spiritual care to students of any or no religious background. Offer confidential support, coordinate spiritual wellness programming, and maintain reflection and prayer spaces on campus. Collaborate with campus partners to integrate religious, spiritual, and ethical programming into broader diversity and student development efforts. Work with offices including the Center for Diversity & Inclusion, the Gephardt Institute, and academic departments to support cross-cultural understanding and values-based engagement. Support university ceremonies and events by offering reflections and presence during ecumenical, interfaith, and public ritual occasions. Assist during moments of campus celebration, grief, or crisis as needed. Performs other duties as assigned.
