You’ll make a difference by: Monitor business travelers and ensure compliance with relevant regulations. Proactively identify compliance and risk issues related to global mobility, including employment law, immigration, social security, and tax requirements. #Manage visa application processes for #business visas and work permits, including tracking and monitoring requests. Ensure accurate accumulation of payroll and non-payroll assignment and relocation components for correct reporting and payroll instructions. Collaborate with external vendors (relocation, immigration, social security, and tax providers) to deliver seamless global mobility services. Maintain and #support the functionality of the assignment management tool, ensuring data accuracy and system efficiency. Prepare, review, and manage assignment documentation. Partner with global case managers to continuously improve operational processes and implement best practices. Drive standardization across downstream process flows.
