Job Description Primary Duties & Responsibilities: This position will provide administrative support in a fast-paced environment for an individual, division, or designated staff group. This may include preparing correspondence, reports, and presentations; managing, manipulating, and formatting data and spreadsheets; event and travel support; managing calendars; and managing the division’s social media, and other administrative tasks as assigned. Provide administrative support which may include sorting/disturbing mail and faxes, telephone support, and greeting invited speakers and guests; responds to inquiries from both external and internal sources and provides information using established guidelines or referring to appropriate department. #Assist with scheduling routine appointments, maintaining office/#department calendars, and making routine travel arrangements. Prepares travel expense reimbursement according to guidelines. Performs #data entry such as invoices and purchase orders, ensuring items are complete through the systems. Monitors, orders, and stocks division supplies. Maintains and updates division’s contact information, directories, departmental lists, email lists, databases, and websites. Coordinate and update the division’s social media sites, including the NORC website. Coordinates the division’s IT needs, including ordering computers, telephones, and software. Coordinate disposal and disconnection as needed. Coordinate hybrid meetings which could include projectors, computers or creating links. Performs other duties as assigned.
