Management of maintenance technicians. To assume hierarchical #responsibility for one's team according to the defined objectives. Regularly assess team member performance, provide constructive feedback, and establish personal development goals. To propose training activities and participate in their development, to ensure their implementation, and to evaluate the achievement of objectives. Actively contribute to the autonomous unit's operational meetings: challenge actions, prioritize, and take action. Manage the maintenance technicians' #schedule (absences, leave, etc.). Contribute to monitoring the activities of maintenance technicians (OT, TAG, REP, reviews). Managing the daily activities of maintenance technicians. Monitor and allocate maintenance tasks among maintenance technicians based on daily priorities and during preventive #maintenance. Assign maintenance technicians to operational meetings. To be the point of contact for 5S and ensure the smooth running of the maintenance workshop. Organize and carry out the activities necessary for the technical skills development of maintenance technicians. Provide job #training and support to new technicians (maintenance documentation, skills matrix/individual development plans, diagnostic assistance, etc.) and validate their job competence. Conduct training audits and coaching of technicians on job skills (PM03 interventions) and consignment procedures (quality of the work order and LOTO). Provide technical #support to the factory (technical expert role). Helping to prioritize and guide Maintenance activities, particularly in operational reviews, thanks to his technical expertise. Assistance to maintenance technicians during troubleshooting in case of major difficulties. Providing technical support to autonomous production units in addressing their challenges by contributing to problem-solving (GSTD, BDA).
