The #maintenance #technician is responsible for supporting the upkeep and repair of the hotel and member club's facilities and equipment, ensuring that these are maintained to the highest standards to guarantee guest satisfaction. __ We are looking for a reliable individual with good German and English skills, knowledge of HVAC, #electrical, plumbing, and other #mechanical #systems, and strong problem-solving abilities. __ Identification of defects, rectification of malfunctions, taking the necessary corrective measures __ Proactively identifying issues that require preventative maintenance and servicing throughout the building __ Collaboration with the #team in handling requests, adherence to prescribed workflows, and communication of risks. __ Maintaining a clean, #professional and tidy workplace to ensure the safety of members, guests and staff. __ Perform routine maintenance and repairs on electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical #systems. __ Conduct building inspections to identify faults, safety risks, or needed repairs. __ Respond to maintenance requests from staff, tenants, or #management. __ Monitor and maintain facility equipment such as boilers, generators, and lighting #systems. __ #Assist with installation of fixtures, appliances, and technical equipment. __ Ensure compliance with building safety regulations and company standards. __ Keep maintenance logs, reports, and documentation up to date. __ Collaborate with contractors, suppliers, and other technical staff during repairs or #projects. __ Support emergency repairs during breakdowns, power failures, or leaks. __ Conduct preventive maintenance to reduce downtime and extend equipment lifespan.
