Design and build efficient and innovative software solutions and interfaces that integrate with QatarEnergy Trading’s existing IT architecture to enable business growth and risk control through #automation. __ Work with traders, risk & finance managers, system architects, business analysts, project managers and other ICT departments to develop efficient and scalable systems, applications, interfaces and tools from scratch, and enable QatarEnergy Trading business growth through high level of automation and process optimization. __ Build and maintain software solutions that fully integrate with the existing third party and in-house platforms in accordance with QET’s overall IT architecture design. __ Provide timely technical support to in-house trading solutions to ensure business continuity. __ Establish DevOps framework and tools for the Trading Solutions team as the foundation for futures growth and long-term success. __ Lead external IT #consultants and developers, provide technical requirements and test cases, manage the development timeline, and perform quality control to ensure the delivery of IT solutions that meet the business requirements. Stay updated with the latest technology and tools, find innovative solutions, conduct POCs, document and share knowledge & practices to help #QatarEnergy Trading gain a sustainable and competitive advantage in the market. __ Apply security measures by following security procedures and standards to ensure secure environment, manage and address __ Trading systems vulnerabilities and threats, adhere to established standards, processes, procedures, and policies throughout the #software development life cycle.
