We are looking for a Associate Product Owner You’ll make a difference by: Strategic Product Vision & Roadmap Alignment: Collaborate closely with the Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) team to deeply understand customer needs, market trends, and the overarching product #strategy for our railway solution. Actively participate in defining and refining the product vision and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical feasibility. Critically evaluate and question incoming requirements from various stakeholders, ensuring they align with the product roadmap, strategic goals, and deliver maximum value, challenging assumptions where necessary. Requirements Management & Backlog Ownership: Serve as the primary voice of the customer and market for the #development team, translating complex business problems and user needs into clear, actionable product requirements (user stories, epics, functional specifications, non functional requirements). Own, prioritize, and maintain a well-groomed product backlog, ensuring stories are ready for development and reflect the most impactful work. Define comprehensive, unambiguous, and testable acceptance criteria for all features, enhancements, and bug fixes, providing clarity for both development and QA teams. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Communication: Facilitate engaging and effective requirement elaboration sessions with the development team, QA, and other stakeholders to clarify use cases, resolve ambiguities, and ensure a shared understanding of the #product.
