This is your role. What part will you play? You will be responsible for #management and supervision the Shift Leaders, #Engineers, Technician and Workers, who are employed within the SIG/PSD Maintenance as well as any temporary personnel within this section. The key responsibilities will include but not limited to: Establish, implement, and continuously improve the technical management system for the Signalling System and Platform Screen Doors (PSD), including procedures, workflows, documentation, and performance controls. Oversee the technical condition, operational integrity, and regulatory compliance of all related wayside and onboard signalling equipment, as well as PSD installations. Manage staff competency by identifying training needs, providing coaching, #developing skill-development programs, and ensuring personnel are fully qualified for their assigned tasks. Ensure all maintenance procedures, work instructions, technical documents, and records are properly prepared, updated, and controlled in accordance with corporate and industry standards. Lead day-to-day operational planning, supervision, and coordination of the maintenance team, ensuring effective allocation of manpower and resources.
