Your responsibilities will include: Day-to-day administration of Oracle WMS—user maintenance, location maintenance, level 1 support to DC operations, and troubleshooting of integration issues with ERP #WarehouseManagement Interface between DC Operations and WMS System for issue logging and resolution with Oracle; reporting and giving feedback to DC Operations of issues being tracked and analyzing issue trends with WMS Vendor Part of a team responsible for design, configuration, and implementation of new and re-engineering of existing WMS processes #OracleWMS Testing and roll-out of proposed new functionalities in the WMS and managing quarterly upgrades of Oracle WMS #SystemImplementation
