Own the development and execution of lifecycle #marketing strategies across #email, SMS, and direct mail to drive engagement, conversion, and retention. __ Design and optimize customer journeys and triggered campaigns using behavioral and lifecycle data. __ Partner with the Integrated Marketing, Creative, and Product teams to translate campaign objectives into thoughtful cross-channel briefs and programs. __ Collaborate with Marketing Operations and #CRM systems teams to build, QA, and launch campaigns with precision. __ Monitor and analyze CRM performance metrics (open/click rates, conversions, churn impact, etc.) to make recommendations and optimize strategy. __ Support CRM roadmap planning with input on segmentation, channel mix, automation opportunities, and testing. __ Champion CRM tool adoption and continuously improve internal documentation, processes, and best practices for customer data platforms (e.g., Pardot, Braze, Klaviyo, Iterable, Salesforce, etc.). __ Maintain a testing roadmap across channels to improve engagement, timing, creative, and copy performance. __ Stay current on trends in CRM, deliverability, personalization, and retention marketing—and proactively bring forward ideas to evolve our program. __ Create and maintain reporting dashboards and cross-functional updates to marketing and business stakeholders.
