· Monitor competitive trends in compensation and benefits and evaluates alternatives and costs in order to ensure a balance between control of costs and attracting and retaining staff · Develop and recommend benefit programs; salary policy lines; administrative procedures; incentives; bonuses; stock options and other special payment plans for specific segments of the business in order to ensure that #MTN remains an employer of choice · Monitor the effectiveness of compensation and benefits programs and recommend modifications to reduce cost and improve delivery · Undertake job evaluations to ensure that the differences in pay between those doing different jobs within the organization are fair and equitable · Participate in negotiation of agreements with insurance carriers and #financial institutions for #administration of benefits programs and provide technical backup to union negotiations on benefits matters
